The project designed by Losanj with the collaboration of Seiref studio is a mixed-use commercial building designed to create a dynamic interaction between public and private spaces. The ground and first floors house a restaurant organized around a central double-height void, which visually and spatially connects both levels while enhancing natural light penetration.
Upper floors accommodate three offices and an open terrace, providing flexibility and openness for varied work environments. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the north façade frame views and maximize daylight, while a prominent screen façade modulates sunlight, ensures climate control, and defines the building’s volumetric composition through a refined interplay of solids and voids.
Both the material palette and formal expression reinforce a sense of elegance and clarity, establishing a coherent architectural identity that balances transparency, privacy, and spatial hierarchy.
