This project involved the adaptive reuse of an old residential building, transforming it into a versatile commercial space. Responding to the client’s request, we developed distinct layouts for three potential tenants: a doctor’s office, an interior design studio, and a yoga studio.
Across all schemes, the guiding principle was openness—maximizing natural light and creating fluid, flexible interiors that could adapt to different needs. Subtle interventions preserved the character of the existing structure while introducing clarity and coherence to the spaces.
The result is a building that embodies the potential of reuse: contemporary, adaptable, and ready to accommodate diverse programs while maintaining a sense of unity through light and openness.
