Coratto | COR-01
This compact apartment was transformed through a minimalist approach focused on space optimization and functional flow. Custom furniture acts as subtle partitions, defining areas without adding walls, while a neutral palette and oak herringbone flooring enhance the sense of openness.
The living and kitchen areas form a cohesive heart of the home. Concealed wooden panels hide appliances, maintaining a clean visual line, while a movable stone island allows flexible use for dining or relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling panels and a suspended Bioethanol fireplace provide a refined, modern focal point.
The bedroom and bathroom prioritize storage and calm. Tailored wardrobes maximize space, while the bathroom combines terrazzo flooring, a stone walk-in shower, and epoxy-painted walls for durability and a serene atmosphere.
Balconies were renewed with wooden decking, and large aluminum window doors ensure natural light throughout. Lighting and spatial organization were designed to reinforce the apartment’s simplicity, functionality, and contemporary elegance.
