Cancel a purchase

You can cancel your purchase within 10 calendar days from the date you received it (Botón de arrepentimiento). Fill in this form and we will give you a request code. We will then contact you to arrange the pickup and refund.

You will find it in your confirmation email (it starts with SRF-). If you do not have it, enter the purchase date and product.
