At Seiref, each piece is designed and produced to meet high standards of quality and durability. If you need to request a return, please review the following:
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Argentine Consumer Protection Law (Law 24,240), you may cancel your purchase within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving a reason.
The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Return costs are covered by us: we will arrange the pickup with you.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the product.

Exchanges are accepted within the same 10-day period, subject to availability. Items must be unused and in perfect condition.
Warranty
All our products include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:
- Natural variations in materials.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper handling.
